AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These regulations apply to the rules of using the online store
   www.allkeystore.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Store. The store was created on the basis of
   legal provisions in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
2. The owner of an online store operating at:
   www.allkeystore.pl is the AKS company.
3. The Regulations define the rights and obligations of Users as well as the rights and
   obligations of the Seller as the entity managing and operating the Store.
4. The Regulations apply to all Users, including Consumers.
5. Upon registration, the user is obliged to read the content
   regulations and may take further actions after prior consent i
   acceptance of all its provisions.
6. The Regulations are made available to the Customer free of charge via the Website
   Internet www.allkeystore.pl, in a form that enables obtaining,
   reproducing and recording the Regulations using the IT system,
   used by the Store Customer.
7. When registering an Account in the Store, the Customer is obliged to read the following
   Regulations and by acceptance and compliance by the Customer
   provisions of these Regulations may make purchases under the terms and conditions
   specified in the Regulations.

II DEFINITIONS

1. User – a natural person, consumer, legal person or entity
   an organizational entity without legal personality using the Store's services
2. Consumer – in accordance with Art. 22 (1) of the Civil Code - natural person
   performing a legal act not directly related to its activities
   business or professional, as well as a natural person using the Store's services
3. Retail Customer / Buyer – user purchasing products after

4. Regular Customer / Buyer – registered User, person authorized to
   purchasing products with a discount, as well as a natural person using the Store's services
5. Administrator / Seller / Store / We / Owner – entity providing www.allkeystore.pl to
   Users, Buyers and Consumers making purchases in the Store.
6. User Account – after registration and logging in, the User has the option
   placing an order for the displayed Products.
7. Supplier - supplier of products for our store.
8. Developer - creator of products offered in our store.

III TECHNICAL CONDITIONS OF USING THE WEBSITE

1. The store's business activity is retail and wholesale of products
   cosmetics and dietary supplements through the online store.
2. The product catalog is an invitation to conclude a contract.
3. To use the store's services, it is necessary to have a browser
   JavaScript support enabled.
4. In order to use the Online Store, it is necessary to have:
   Customer of an active e-mail account.
5. When using the Store in the Customer's IT system

   specific functions of the Store, if the browser used by the Customer allows it

6. The store never sends requests to send the customer's password by e-mail.

IV REGISTRATION at allkeystore.pl and RULES FOR SUBMITTING AND IMPLEMENTATION
ORDERS

1. The store sells goods via the Internet at:
   www.allkeystore.pl. Orders from customers are accepted via
   website www.allkeystore.pl
2. You can place an order using the function of adding a product to the cart and
   then click the “Order” button.
3. In order for the ordering procedure to be carried out correctly, it will be necessary
   creating a user account, thanks to which you can also monitor the status
   order fulfillment.
4. The basic condition for the execution of purchases made is correct
   filling in contact details with the correct, existing address
   e-mail address and telephone number where you can confirm your submission
   orders. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 3 days
   working days, will not be implemented.
5. After entering the registration data, the Customer confirms that he has read and
   acceptance of the Regulations
6. User by checking the appropriate boxes or entering their data in
   appropriate fields submit the following declaration:
1. I consent to the processing of my personal data by
   administrator, provided in the registration form and forms
   orders, for the purposes of proper performance of the contract;
2. I started using the store's services voluntarily;
3. I have read the Regulations and accept all its provisions;
4. The data contained in the form is true;
7. The store does not provide personal data provided during registration to persons
   third parties, unless at the request of authorized state authorities, for the needs
   proceedings conducted by them.
8. The Customer is responsible for the security and proper use of the Password,
   which he should keep confidential. Should circumstances arise
   indicating suspicion that the Customer's Password has been obtained
   unauthorized person, the Customer is obliged to immediately notify about it
   the fact of the Seller.
9. After registration, the Customer may log in to the Account at any time
   Customer and make changes to the data provided by you.
10. When browsing the content of the Store and placing an order online

11. Registered User has the option to:

14. The Customer after completing the Order on the Website and specifying
    payment method and delivery method, sends the Order to the Store. Before

    offers. At the same time, a contract for the sale of the Goods is concluded.
18. If the Customer chooses the payment method "transfer", execution will be carried out

19. The above confirmations and information are sent to the Customer's e-mail address
    provided during registration.
20. If, after placing the Order, it turns out that the ordered Goods are unavailable
    in whole or in part, the Customer will be informed about it immediately
    by e-mail to the e-mail address provided or by telephone, including:
    the expected waiting period for the availability of the Goods. In such a situation
    The Customer may maintain the Order despite the longer waiting time,
    cancel the Order or limit the Order to the part of the Goods that are
    available.
21. The Customer may cancel the Order placed in the Store at any time, however
    no later than until the Goods are shipped to the Customer.

V DELIVERY

1. The ordered product is delivered immediately after purchase and successful payment, in
   form of a download panel, where you can download purchased products at any time.
2. In some cases, access to products through the system may be possible
   allocated a few minutes when the payment is pending (verified).
3. At the Buyer's request, access to the products is also possible
   via individual download links for the products that will be
   generated at the Buyer's request.

VI METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. Payment can be made as follows:

   payments in a currency other than PLN

   for payments in currencies other than PLN
2. All prices are expressed in Polish zlotys for the Polish version of the website, i
   in US dollars for the English-speaking part of the website. They are gross prices
   and include all taxes.
3. The price given for each Good is binding from the moment of submission by
   Customer Orders. The price is binding on both the Customer and the Seller.
4. An invoice is issued for each Order.

VII. THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

1. In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain rights
   consumers and liability for damage caused by the product
   dangerous (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271) The consumer may withdraw from the contract without
   stating the reason, submitting within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods

VIII COMPLAINTS

1. Products offered in the Online Store are covered by a 12-month warranty

IX. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY

4. Personal data and information contained in the order form are used

7. If the Administrator has any doubts as to compliance with
   the registration data provided by the User is true or up-to-date,

1. Require the User to immediately delete false data or
   data update,
2. immediate blocking of the service until clarification

X COPYRIGHT OF THE STORE

1. The Seller has exclusive economic and personal copyrights to
   any materials, patterns, forms, logos and other content
   contained on the Online Store website.
2. The use of materials posted on the Website is prohibited
   permissible only for the purposes of cooperation with the Seller and only for your own purposes
   Customer's use. Copying, forwarding and making available for a fee or
   content available on the Store's websites free of charge to third parties

XI PRODUCTS, PRODUCT LICENSES AND USE

1. The Seller is not the author of the provided code of plugins, templates and other elements and is not responsible for its operation. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the received files, code and other elements.
2. The offered products contain code under the GPL license and are distributed by the seller on its basis. Information about all license terms is included in the files. It is the buyer's responsibility as a user of these files to verify that all plugin and template code is licensed under the GPL and to use the files in accordance with all licenses. The Seller is not responsible for the use of files inconsistent with their licenses.
3. If a plug-in or template allows you to download additional elements from an external source, e.g. graphics from the developer's library or other elements, some of them may be under a license other than the GPL, e.g. graphic files. It is the buyer's responsibility as the user of the files to verify under which license the additionally downloaded elements are and to use them in accordance with the license. The seller is not responsible for the buyer's use of any elements of the products contrary to their license.
4. All product licenses do not allow updates directly from the developer
   and do not include technical support.
5. Products may not have full functionality without purchasing an additional license
   (with key) from the developer.
6. No keys, logins or passwords are provided with the files.
7. Product updates are available as long as they are available from the supplier.
   If product updates are not available from the supplier, the products
   will not be updated.

   moment and this is not the basis for a refund for the ordered product.
9. The daily download limit for a subscription is decided by the seller and may be changed by the seller after the end of the applicable subscription plan. The daily download limit will not be changed while your subscription is active. The daily download limit is renewed every day.

XII FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Changes to the regulations come into force after their acceptance by those present
   Store Users who are Consumers (for whom payments are made
   benefits). Such a user must accept changes to the Regulations by
   sending acceptance in response to information about changes to the Regulations along with
   accepting the new text of the Regulations. The user has the option
   withdrawal from the contract, its immediate termination in the event of failure
   acceptance of the amended Regulations.
2. Changes to the regulations will not in any way violate acquired rights
   Users using the online store www.allkeystore.pl before
   the date of entry into force of the changes, in particular they will not affect
   orders placed and/or processed. In this case, these orders will be
   implemented under the existing rules.
3. Acceptance of the regulations in their entirety together with the introduced changes constitutes
   condition for further use of the Store.
4. The administrator reserves the right to temporarily disable it completely
   operation of the Store in order to improve it, add services or carry out operations
   maintenance, without prior notice to Users, however, no

5. The User may unsubscribe from the services provided online at any time

11. To matters not regulated by these Regulations, the following apply:
    in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of July 18, 2002 on
    provision of services by electronic means and the Act of March 2, 2000 on
    protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage
    caused by a dangerous product.
12. These Regulations are valid from August 1, 2019
