We developed the WooCommerce product support extension to work with BuddyPress (with user groups and message boards enabled) or bbPress to help you automatically create forums for new products, link products to existing forums, and automatically grant user access. If you are using BuddyPress, users only get access to groups that match the products they purchased (thus they won't see every forum / group).
