Reward referrers when the referred user creates an account. Instead of awarding an affiliate commission upon completion of a sale or form submission (both standard AffiliateWP behaviors), referrals from sign up awards the affiliate a fixed commission once their referral completes their registration. This usually happens when a user fills out a form and creates a WordPress user account on your site.
