This Ninja Forms extension allows you to create "smart" forms. The fields in these forms may change dynamically based on user input. show or hide fields based on a selected item, set field values based on a selection from a list, or display text or a link based on selections. As of version 1.3, you can now create conditional notifications based on user input as well as our other built-in custom triggers.
